A comprehensive report provides the knowledge necessary to make a sound and informed decision before you purchase. A concise, easy-to-understand, report based on more then twelve years experience inspecting urban and rural homes, farms and estates in Caledon and the surrounding areas. Unlike many of our competitors we do not surcharge for old home inspections.

Arranging An Inspection

Inspections can be scheduled for morning, afternoon or early evening, seven days a week. They take several hours to complete (dependent on the size/condition of the property and any special concerns that may arise).

Unlike many of my competitors I do not up charge for older homes. Old homes take just as long to inspect as newer homes, and often they have just as many concerns as a new home. If you are shopping for an inspection and basing your choice on price, you should be aware that lower priced inspections most always indicate lack of experience or newbie inspectors.

Inspections are conducted between the hours of 8:30 am and 7:30 pm Monday to Sunday. 

Raymond can be reached from 8:30 am to 9:30 pm daily (Weekends 9 am to 8:30 pm)

Cancellation Policy

To cancel a previously scheduled inspection please contact us at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled inspection. At this time you can also reschedule an inspection for a new date and time.

 

Please note that any cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will be billed at 25% of the fee for the inspection.
